Shipping & Returns Policy

We deliver anywhere in the UAE - order products online at Wallart.ae, and have them delivered to your door. We deliver 6 days a week: Saturdays to Thursday, except Holidays & Fridays.

Delivery Fees

Dubai - Free

Outside the UAE - We don't as standard deliver outside the UAE but we can do so for special orders. If you need shipping outside of the UAE, please email us at: info@wallart.ae.

Deliveries can be arranged through international and domestic courier companies. The charges will vary depending on shipment/freight requirements. Wallart will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

How long does it take?

Once your order is placed, you will receive automatic confirmation emails at different stages of the production process. The emails will contain details of your order, any confirmations necessary, delivery notifications and the estimated delivery date. If you have multiple items in your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Delivery times depend on; the amount of time necessary for you to review and approve your digital proof, the number of days we need for printing, plus any finishings and the time required for your order to arrive at its destination.

Product Guarantee

We guarantee that our print products will not be defective in accordance with print industry standards. You may contact our Customer Support team and we will be happy to address any issues you may have with your job.

In the unlikely event that a printed item does not meet does not meet the print industry quality standards, a refund may be given only at the sole discretion of Wallart. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions

Modifying Orders

All our orders are custom made to your specification and/or personalized by you.

Custom designs and artwork created by Wallart and our team are subject to human error.

If an error occurs in regards to pricing, paper, finishing, turnaround time or any other aspect of an order that is found to be at fault of Wallart, Wallart maintains the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund to the Customer.

On the other hand, any miscommunication that occurs from the Customer to Wallart during the quoting / estimate process will not qualify the order for cancellation or a refund. If any changes are made to an order, it will be viewed as a new order and will not qualify as a reprint.

Wallart reserves the right to deduct a cancellation fee from the order if the design project is cancelled and a refund is issued to the Customer. Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the funds will be returned on the same credit card used to pay for the order.

Cancellation Fee / Partial Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, no order can be cancelled or modified once it's approved by you.

If you cancel the order after your approval, 100% of the printing price will be charged as cancellation fee regardless if you accept the product or not.

Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the funds will be returned on the same credit card used to pay for the order.

What if I am not happy with the finished product? Do I still have to pay?

If you believe your print job is defective or does not meet the print industry quality standards you must contact us within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within 7 business days we will assume your order was satisfactory and we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.

Reprints

If a printing error has occurred that is a result of our production mistake, a reprint will be offered at no cost.

Reprints must use the same file as was used in the original order, you are not entitled to submit any new file for the reprint.

The Wallart Quality Control team will decide if a full or partial reprint will be granted.

Any error caused/created by you (typographical errors, wrong names/titles, bad punctuation/spelling, etc.) is not entitled to a free reprint.

We do not offer refund and reprint.
